During my stay, I faced significant issues with cleanliness. The housekeeping did not clean the bathroom thoroughly, leaving it dirty upon my arrival. Additionally, there were constant interruptions regarding billing errors, which made my stay stressful and unexpected.

However, the location felt a bit removed from major attractions, necessitating a 10-15 minute walk. Maintenance could be improved as some pool tiles were chipped, and the breakfast lacked variety, which could enhance dining experiences.

i had a great stay at hue hotels and resorts boracay managed by hii. the spacious and clean rooms exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. the staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our family feel welcome.

Our suite was super spacious with comfy beds, and everything we needed was in the room like toiletries and hair dryer. Pool area was fun, great for kids with lots of toys. Loved the spa services, especially the massages! Felt so pampered!
